We do not collect any other personal data from visitors. Browsing the Website, listening to the stream and viewing the schedule do not require you to provide any personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through our email provider solely so we can reply to you.

4. Third-party services

5. International transfers

Some of the providers listed above (for example Google, which serves the fonts, and our email provider) may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where that happens, such transfers are covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. If you would prefer to avoid the Google Fonts transfer entirely, we can serve the fonts from our own server — just ask.

6. How long we keep your data

Advertising enquiry emails are kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and are then deleted. Technical IP data used for rate limiting is kept temporarily and not stored long term.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing studio@wavemallorca.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

8. Automated decisions and profiling

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not carry out profiling of visitors.

9. Cookies and local storage

This Website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and does not profile visitors. It uses your browser’s local storage only for a technical, internal editing tool, which is not used to track visitors. Because no non-essential cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is required.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.
